Google Ads Team Lead

About the role

This is a leadership role. You'll set direction, grow people and own performance across a book of business — combining sharp strategy with the ability to build a great team. As a Google Ads Team Lead at Zavnora, you'll lead a squad of Google Ads specialists delivering results for a portfolio of major brands.

You'll work with a portfolio of ambitious international clients, collaborate across strategy, analytics and creative, and have the tools, budget and trust to do the best work of your career. What you'll do

• ✓Manage and coach a team of 6 paid search specialists
• ✓Own quality and performance across the account book
• ✓Set best practices, playbooks and QA processes

What we're looking for

• ★6+ years in paid search, 2+ leading teams
• ★Track record across large multi-market accounts
• ★Strong leadership and client-facing skills

Your first 90 days

1. 1Weeks 1–2: Onboard, get access to accounts and tools, and meet the Paid Search team and your key stakeholders.
2. 2Weeks 3–4: Audit your accounts, understand the goals behind each one, and surface quick-win opportunities.
3. 3Month 2: Ship your first optimizations and experiments, and start owning day-to-day performance.
4. 4Month 3: Present a clear plan for the next quarter and take full ownership of your accounts and targets.
